Damascan Rose Oil
I received a sample of this oil with my recent purchase. To be honest, even though I love Aesop’s body treatments I have never been impressed with their facial treatments. This one has not become an exception. It is quite a heavy oil, which did not soak and stayed on top of my skin. I was looking forward to wash it off. There are many oils you can buy from SpaceNK that are so much nice.

Face Oil
I received a sample sachet of this oil with a rrecent GWP. I have dry skin and face oils are a regular part of my facial routine. Was expecting a rose scent, however this smells herbal and like carrots? It has a yellow tint to it, absorbs quickly and feels nice on the skin. Liked it but prefer my usual facial oil.

light, easily absorbed, not greasy
Received as a sample as part of a bigger purchase. I really liked this. The formula is not greasy (even though it's an oil). Skin didn't feel heavy after application. Skin felt hydrated the next morning. Didn't seem to leave any residue. Didn't notice any staining on the pillowcase either. Not the most pleasant smell - but this quickly dissipated - certainly not enough to dissuade me from buying it. Would recommend.

Beautiful, skin-calming rose oil
I absolutely love rose-based facial products and this is no exception. This oil has a stunning rose scent, comforting, grounding and luxurious. It is quite viscous but non-sticky and smoothes nicely over facial skin so a little goes a long way. It absorbs well - I use it under moisturiser for day times or on its own after cleaning at night. It leaves my skin looking calmer, smoother, plumped and soft. Beautiful.

Luxurious
I received a free sample of this facial treatment with my recent order and was eager to try it. It smells gorgeous and feels luxurious, leaving my skin pampered and radiant. Although a little goes a long way, I am not prepared to splash out on the full size product however.

Really effective
This Damascan Rose Facial treatment has really helped sort out my post winter skin. I had a persistent dry patch’s on the sides of my chin and this is the only thing to have sorted this out. It’s also good for the smile lines on my cheeks! The colour was slightly off putting but doesn’t seem to stain so am fine with that now and guess it’s just natural colouring. It feels a good natural product. Just use at night as a tad greasy.

Softening
As to be expected with Aesop, this product smells divine! makes it such a pleasure to use. I like to use pure rose water in my routine to help deeply hydrate and calm my skin, this feels like a very luxurious step up. I've been using a sample of this and add about 4 drops into my day or night cream. It feels very softening and gives long lasting hydration when mixed into a cream. 4 stars as this seems very pricey for what it is and I feel like 25ml would get used up pretty quickly! I would consider buying this for myself as a winter treat if I see it on sale...

beautiful scent
Just received a little sample of this with my last order. I haven't tried loads of Aesops products previously but what I have ive really liked. Its a very luxurious brand and I feel treated when I use my products. This was no exception and the scent is heavenly. But as ive just seen the price I drop a few stars. It is fine, but I do not think it worth the price tag nor changing from my current facial oil.
