Your boobs need to be at your clavicles to fit

Bands don’t matter here. There is no give/stretch on this bra like I would’ve thought and now matter how you tighten or release the bands it doesn’t matter. The neck and cup part, having no stretch, only seems to fit if your boobs are sitting in your throat!
