Beautiful Bag, Disappointing Delivery

This bag is absolutely beautiful—stylish and timeless. However, I was disappointed with the delivery experience. The box arrived damaged, with the bottom open and significantly banged up. The bag itself was wrapped only in bubble wrap, which was unexpected. Whenever I've ordered directly from MCM, my items were always delivered in a proper box. Lesson learned for future purchases!
