Beautiful Elegant Piece..

I went to Aventura Mall and entered Bloomingdales..the first thing my eyes fell on was this beautiful Burberry bag..i knew i had to get it..i purchased it online and the only thing disappointed me was the packaging that came from Bloomingdales..i call two times to ask if it comes in the original burberry box and they told me yes..upon receiving it..it came wrap in paper and put into a very thin brown shipping box..i was very disappointed but nothing was wrong with the bag and i do love it..Wonderful elegant piece but terrible customer service..
