Practical and useful but a little lightweight.

Very sharp knife - use it almost daily to prep salads, etc. Would prefer the overall weight to be heavier however...lighter than I thought it would be.

Perfect in between size knife

I wanted a knife that was between my paring knife size and my large chef's knives. This was perfect. Edge is sharp and I will be using this for a very long time. I am a fan of Zwilling products due to their quality.
