Shocked by how light weight

Shocked by how light weight this chef's knife is. Clearly not the quality I expected. Would not recommend.

Fantastic knife

This is a fantastic all-around kitchen knife. Cuts like a razor blade, holds its edge quite well, is perfectly balanced, quite light & feels like it's great quality. I highly recommend.

I haven't used it much yet but what I have used it for it is an excellent knife

I use this when I need to cut vegetables. I haven't had to cut meat yet. But then again I am a beginner cook. I am an excellent baker though. I will probably use this more for baking. It is a perfect knife for what I will use it for. My next purchase will be a bread knife. I am looking forward to that.

Best tool in the kitchen

There is nothing better than a good knife when preparing food. I love my new chef knife, and the paring knife is wonderful as well.

Excellent Knife

I have had to relearn my knife chopping and cutting skills as this knife is extremely sharp but well balanced. And my fingers and half empty bandaid box will attest!! Seriously, I can’t imagine anyone not loving this knife but understand it is very sharp!
