Love my new knife

My Wusthof 6" knife is nicely balanced, keeps a sharp edge and is a nice size for almost all of my day to day needs.

Love the Santoku

I absolutely love using the Wusthof Santoku knives. I had one gifted to me, and after 3 years, I shipped it for a warranty replacement recently. It was deemed worthy of replacing and I was able to purchase another Santoku knife, and I also purchased a set of their steak knives. All have been used and I cannot say enough of their quality, sharpness, and ergonomic design.

Ikon Hollow Edge Santoku,

I have the 7” Santoku and I love it. I saw the 5” online and had to have it. I love both knives. Easy to handle and sharp!!
