Best Knife Ever

This knife is perfect for cutting raw meat. It slides through the meat like butter! I have thoroughly enjoyed using the knife and I’m sure that I will have many years of usage from the knife. Thank you for making such a great utensil!! Love it!

5 inch boning knife

One of the knives I've owned and my new favorite

Have been using Wusthof knives for over 20 years. Love the quality of these knives. I recently added the Classic 5" boning knife and this is quickly becoming my new favorite knife. First off I love the weight of this knife as it's a little heavier than some of my others. It also appears to be quite a bit sharper. What I'm really loving is the versatility of this knife. If you only needed a couple of knives in the kitchen this would be one of my new go to's. Highly recommended.
