Weird fit, small at top

Lovely fabric but weird fit. I’m pear shaped with a small bust but this was way too small at the top I couldn’t zip it up. Bigger size was unavailable but I don’t think it would’ve worked for me anyway. Weird slits in the skirt too. A shame as this would be a really practical dress if it fit

Beautiful dress with a big flaw.

While there is a side zipper and front buttons, I could not get size 4 or 6 past my chest. The 4 would have been perfect for me. There should have been a longer side zip, or some other opening to help get this dress over one’s body. For reference, I am a size 2/4, 32D, 25 waist.
