Brand confusion

Only disappointment is that it is made in Slovania and not Ireland. Cheapens the brand!

Replacement Backs

Same problem with the backing, but after a longer period of time. It's most likely because it is an extremely heavy frame and the quality of the backing is good but definitely needs replacement every year or so. You can purchase the backing thru the Waterford website.

4(15/16)x 6(15/16) does not equal 5x7

I liked the frame when it was sitting empty on my bookshelf! However the wedding photos we ordered did not fit! I was ready to send the photographers an angry email, but upon measuring, the photo was 5x7 and the frame was a 1/16th an inch too small in both directions! I was so looking forward to having our first wedding photos up around the house, but now that will have to wait again!

Picture Frame

Over all I really do love this frame but................ The only down fall is that it has a plastic cover that goes over the picture. It is very hard to remove to put the picture in it. Also this is a quality frame, I am just confused why they use such low quality plastic cover is such a high quality frame.
