Shipping was problematic

I like the glasses but the shipping and delivery process was very cumbersome and slow. UPS passed it to USPS, who flagged it as delivered by accident and ultimately I filed a claim and had to go pick it up at the post office myself.

Stunning Staple

These flutes are absolutely stunning. I find the shape to be more elegant than the average flute, and you can't beat the timeless, classic markings on the glass. The quality is second to none and feel very durable. I can't wait to make a toast!

NOT REAL WATERFORD ANYMORE

Purchased the Lismore toasting glasses and was SHOCKED when I tried to toast with them. There is an unpleasant CLANK sound. Thought I was loosing my mind. After much investigation I saw that Waterford has removed the lead from their Crystal. This is no longer the product I bought in Ireland and as far as I am concerned it is no longer in the company of the other exclusive Crystal brands.
