I have noticed a big

Hasn’t Done Anything

Don't even try to return

I've tried 6 or 7 different ways to return this product (unused, unopened, within days of receiving it) and it is impossible to get in touch with this company to start a return. I have, however, received many promotional emails from them during this period. Incredibly frustrating!!

Great

Over several weeks of consistent use, I noticed a subtle (but noticeable) improvement in the overall texture of my hair. It felt smoother, stronger, and less prone to breakage. Even if the density boost was slower to materialize, the improvement in hair health was a welcome benefit.
