    - Hydrolyzed quinoa is a plant-based protein. It is a remarkable ingredient for hair, enhancing color, moisture retention and shine.
    - Baobab seed oil comes from the African Tree of Life (known for its ability to store water). This rich, silky oil can act as an intense emollient for dry, damaged hair.

  • How To Use It

    - Work a quarter-size amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair, massage into a rich lather, then rinse. Follow with Recovery Conditioner, then rinse thoroughly.
    - Tip: Because all Virtue shampoos are concentrated, it is recommended that you emulsify the shampoo in the palm of the hand with a splash of water and work it into a rich lather before applying to hair.

Love, love, love

I have a subscription for this and I’m never looking back. I searched and trialed so many clean shampoos out there and none of them made my hair feel so soft and look so healthy. I’m a sucker for a scent too and the scent is delicious.

Totally fine

I have long straight bleached hair so for me colour protection is the focus. Overall I liked this product but didn’t see anything special about this shampoo. It cleaned hair well enough and didn’t impact my colour. Lathers easily and easy to remove without residue. Texture is nice but you still need the usual amount to achieve a good cleanse.

Recovery Shampoo

Very nice shampoo from Virtue

I've tried a few other Virtue products and been less than impressed, so I didn't expect much from this shampoo. My hair is short, bleached and I use product in it, so need a shampoo that can clean without damaging or stripping my hair. This works a treat. Nice, luxurious texture and suds. Nourishing without being heavy or leaving my short hair greasy. Doesn't require a tonne of product to feel I've washed my hair. Scent is nice. Colour reminds me of clay face scrub - not typical clear or pearly white shampoo. Expensive, but I'd consider repurchasing.
