So the item was not in the box and got empty box with papers. They charged from my card 1396 dollars. I complained the Bloomingdale’s they refunded and again charged. If they lost the item somewhere or dropped while handling, that is not my fault. I am totally disappointed and sad. I lost my money. I told the Bloomingdale’s supervisor and she is trying to help me. This happened in February. If shipping companies are doing some mistakes or packers have forgotten perhaps to put the item or someone have stolen or dropped somewhere the item from the box then do I have to suffer. I truly home and trust Bloomingdale’s will help me or send me another item or gift coupon. Also after review from someone I am more disappointed that there is something wrong.
Color is way off!
The leather is buttery soft, great quality, and cut. BUT.... the color is not as pictured at all. Looks like tan/luggage color online but in reality, it is more a brown/olive color. Returning...
