Bloomingdales low quality service

I received a completely wrong item. Glad it was a sweater, but a sweater of a weird cut. The item I ordered was completely sold out by the time my order had arrived. Huge disappointment

Beautiful quality and drape

The quality and drape of this sweater is beautiful! I really wanted to love it! I am 5'5" and 130 and ordered the M, but should have ordered the S. The M was huge on me. The cashmere is really soft but was too itchy around my neck with the collar fitting somewhat close. So, sadly, it's going back.
