Terrible fabric

This fabric is very poor and feels like lining material. I didn’t expect this from Vince brand specially not at the price it’s listed for. I have tons of Vince clothing and this is the first time I have experienced something which is super low quality.

Color NOT as pictured

I purchased the dress in the color called 'rust'. What arrived should have been named pumpkin or sweet potato pie color- definitely NOT the reddish/rust color pictured. Also, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand and ordered a size down- the dress is too loose in the top/armpit area and length is to my ankles. I'm 5'7".
