beautiful pants but size all wrong

I bought my normal size in Vince Camuto, size 6. The pants were beautiful but crazy long. I am 5'6' and 127 lbs. I tried them on with 3 inch heels and they were easily still 5" to long. Sad because otherwise they fit well thru waist, butt and thigh.

I ordered size 2 in white. It runs large. Even though the waist fit, the rest was very roomy. The fabric was thin as well.
