Funny Smell

The linen napkins had a funny smell when I opened the package they came in but after I washed them in cold water on delicate the smell was gone. They do need to be ironed.

Like linen pants

Like linen pants. I like these but I was expecting a thick hardy napkin. These are well made but are more of a thin, “summer linen pants on the beach” type of material. Very opaque. I got them in white.

Shouldn't have tags

The tags are disappointing. 1 white one only mostly tears away, leaving jagged white pieces. The other dark thick tag is there to interfere with the function of the napkin.

Very soft

True to color and well made. Just too floppy for making napkin sculptures. If I starched the heck out of them, they might work but then the guests would not be able to use them as napkins as they would be too stiff and non-absorbent. Returned.
