Practically Bullet Proof

Absolutely amazing set of pots and pans. They heat up incredibly fast on a gas stove and temperature control is perfect. These things are practically bullet proof, nicely weighted and balanced, definitely great for the home chef.

Great Pots - Actual sizes not accurate

Very nice and heavy pots and they heat well and clean well. However, The set includes what is stated as a 2qt. sauce pan and a 4 qt. sauce pan. The 2 quart is actually 1 &1/2 quarts and the 3 qt. is actually 2 & 1/2 quarts and both are so marked on the interior which has volume markings ( nice touch). The top mark is below the top of the pot but, even if you fill it to the brim, you do not make up the 1/2 quart shortage. Not a really big deal but, the fact it the box and listed volumes on the web site are in fact not correct.
