Beautiful Bag
Gorgeous bag, not user friendly
This is a gorgeous high quality bag but not very user friendly. If you want to open it up wide, the clasp on the outside needs undoing then the bag needs to be pulled open. Since it’s fairly stiff leather, pulling it open is a bit of a chore. It’s not hard but when I’m pulling out my wallet I want easy access. I returned it.

don’t like the delivery
I can’t understand how a close $700 bag can be delivered so carelessly. The bag came in plastic bag without a dust bag, completely squeezed from all sides. looks like a bag from discount store. Very disappointing

Unsatisfied
It’s a beautiful bag a little small. Not worth the money. The reason for my low star rating is the delivery service. The bag was delivered in used condition and missing strap. Bloomingdale’s can do better than shipping a used bag with missing parts.

I also have noticed this with many purchases from Bloomingdales, Amazon and also Nordstrom. Careless treatment of expensive silk dresses and other items. It's sad. I am pleasantly surprised when companies do a really great job of packaging - companies like Ravella or Frank & Eileen seem to make that a priority. It used to be all of the stores did except for the very most bargain places and now it's ubiquitous.
