Sizing comparison not accurate

Bloomingdales you need to correct your sizing comparison for these shoes. You say size 25 is equal to a US size 9 but the inside of the shoe says 25 is equal to US size 8.5. My toddler wears a US 9 and we bought the size you recommended is equivalent to a 9 (25) and they are too small. Bought these for a special occasion and she missed wearing these due to the incorrect sizing suggestion. Looked at Nordstrom at these same shoes to compare and their sizing conversion is accurate. Disappointed. Will be returning.
