I love these, but….

Positives: stylish, fine for all weather, solid heel for long days, remarkably comfortable, perfect boot for winter weather work days. Cons: hard to get on, heavy and bulky, very rigid feel. I keep expecting them to be less comfortable than they are because they are so rigid. But for me they are comfortable. 4 stars because of the weight and rigidness. 5 stars for the look.

Poorly packaged

Beautiful pair of boots, I would buy these again my only issue is the packaging, it looks like they might have been tried on or returned and not properly packaged back correctly

Difficult to put on

I had never had such an expensive pair of shoes be so hard to get on, super annoying and time consuming. Once on they are fine but if I could return them I would! I wore them bc I didn’t have the time to take them back off! Not worth the price

Boot are heavy

The heel is super chunky. Difficult to get foot inside good. Narrow entrance. Wide foot, though. Not a comfortable boot. Design issues.
