Worst Customer Service Ever!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift on 12/14…and still have not received it. Contacted customer service and spoke with a “manager” who advised that their items take 4 days to ship, they do not deliver on the weekend, only count business days from time of shipment and once an item is with the carrier, they cannot contact them or do anything, and technically my item is not late!! Will definitely NOT be shopping on this third rate retail site anymore.
