Good and poor quality

I purchased 2 units I like everything about the microphone seems like they thought on having fun when designed, lights on the sides, speaker integrated and an adaptor for the phone to have it ready when karaoke. Unfortunately one unit out of the two is defective as soon as I turned it on there was a whistle sound seems to me like it is catching the noice of air, weather you’re just playing music from your phone using the speaker that air sound is still coming out and if you try to sing it also happens . I can tell this unit is defective because the second microphone works just fine. Turning on and off the unit doesn’t seem to solve the problem either, would love to have the unit exchanged and give it another try.

Low volume

The sound was very low. Poor quality. I bought 2 for me and my sister. I am debating returning it or giving it away to my young niece.
