Exceptional quality

This is well made and surprisingly big. I had to return it because it was actually too big for my needs. I ordered the smaller size, and it was just the right size. If you pack a lot, this one will work out just fine. Just keep in mind the dimensions. I was surprised that some reviewers say this is still too small.

Good but not great

This is a really nice travel kit. For the price point, there could be a little bit more thoughtful organization. The two large pockets don't have any elastic or pouches inside to secure or organize items so they're just loose and bouncing around inside. The gusseted flaps are a good idea, but it doesn't work in practice. If you leave the flaps unzipped while it's hanging all your items will fall out and onto the floor.

Aesthetics are poor quality

I bought a Navy Response Travel Kit when it was on sale. The function of the kit is stellar. However, I received the kit and the monogram plate was off-center. So, I sent it back and they sent a new one. Again the monogram plate was not centered. I guess I just expected more from Tumi and the quality of the Response Travel Kit I received was definitely not worth the money. Not sure if it was because it was on sale and they are phasing out the color. Again, the function is great it's the aesthetics that was off. So, not the quality expected from Tumi.
