Great concept, but in practice, clothing gets more wrinkled than regular international carryon.

Defective Material?
I received the Tumi Alpha 3 4-wheeled garment bag as a gift. I loved everything about it until the top of it started to fade from black to a reddish-purple color. For as much as these costs, it was a bit shocking that this would happen. Now I am left trying to figure out how to restore it to its original color. Has anyone else experienced this?

Great idea, poor execution
Bag is very small, had to get rid of organizing compartments to make more room. Side pockets very small and only useful for flat items. Difficult to close and zip when filled. Roller drifts and wants to rotate horizontally while trying to walk with bag at your side, constant fight. Way too expensive for this many design flaws.

Yea, it was an impulse buy as I needed a roller while overseas. The interior is just too small for the PRICE and the size of the thing plus opening and closing is a complete PITA...UGGH

Great short trip trip.
Great bag for a short trim. It rolls very nice and it’s easy to maneuver. Not sure is worth the price but what can you say is Tumi.

Can’t fit shoes properly
Terrible design and useless if you are traveling with shoes. I was traveling with one suit, 2 shirts and a pair of dress shoes and in the process of closing the bag the zipper started to fall apart. Had to readjust things multiple times before being able to close the bag. Taking the bag to the store for repairs, but this bag is not designed to fit any shoes inside it. There removable pockets inside the bag are extremely difficult to clip back in once they are removed. The bag also came with a separate attachment that can be zipped inside the bag to compartmentalize things better, but I was never able to zip it because the spacing is too tight. The design of the outer shell is much better and very high, but there is too much space wasted inside trying to build quality handles/wheels.
