So far, really great!

I am a regular business traveler and wanted a carry on that would always work overhead. I made the switch from expandable soft sided to hard, and am very pleased with how much I can squeeze in this bag. I also never had a spinner before and realize this is much less tiring on your back to just glide the bag along side you. Finally love the high quality materials and the great looking silver finish - a very tough but light bag! You get what you pay for.
