I’m not one to use a primer on my face or eyelids BUT this really does make a difference. Even using the primer by itself to brighten your eyes— it’s a game-changer!!

This item is a fine concealer! I don’t have to reapply but I can’t count on using it alone so I have one with stronger coverage for those spots. I like it enough to recommend it but expected more.
