Misses the mark for signature Tory class
The watch came poorly situated in box and smudged and dirty as though it had been returned with sweat on it not happy at all looks used The step function works ok otherwise the face is a pretty blue just way too much $ for something that looks tattered

Stopped working
I wished it didn't just stop working. I loved it until one day I noticed that it had stopped keeping time and stopped syncing with my phone. It just stopped... and now I can't use it

Watches has amazing appeal
I just presented the watches to my mom and she just start to use them, but for now everything is good and she is so happy, highly recommend to buy it to yourself and it also will be a good present

Disappointed
I love the look, feel & weight of this watch Only after 3-4 months of having this watch the batter died, I took it to the local Mall & 3 different jewelry stores could not get the back off even with the key that comes with the watch..The back turns but it doesn’t come out Then the last jewelry store said they would have to keep the watch and get their watch specialist to help... they ended up super gluing the back to pull it off then they had to clean off the watch when the battery was replaced - this rices took 3 weeks b/c the battery isn’t a normal size & it needed ordered. Besides the battery issue the tracking device is so terrible, I have a Garmin & Apple Watch for work outs so I am familiar with tracking my activity.. When I am sitting at work doing research the Tory watch will continue to count steps even though I haven’t moved & after an 8-10 hour work day it tells me I burned below 100 calories for the whole day ! I love tho look but purchased this for the “hybrid features” I am very disappointed as I want a nice looking watch for work that isn’t the fitness look I thought this was the answer.

Not worth the money
I have had 2 of these watches. The finish on the watch band rubbed off the 1st one within 3 months. The replacement would not stay connected to my phone and also started to lose the finish. It's a great looking watch but not functional as a Smart Watch. I returned both watches and would not buy again

I have the same problem with changing the battery. The backing doesn't pop out when you try to open it. Also, they don't sell replacement bands and I happen to have the the one with fabric which is now worn and stretched. Poorly designed yet overly priced. I would not recommend.
