  • How To Use It

    - Use applicator tip to apply color onto lips for desired look. Allow to dry.
    - For a stain effect, apply a small amount of Lip Lacquer Liquid Patent, press lips together, and blot.
    - For a matte finish, follow steps above and repeat.
    - For an ombré effect, apply Lip Lacquer Liquid Patent all over the lip, blot for a more matte stain, reapply Lip Lacquer Patent Finish to the inner lip only for high-shine and deeper color in the center of the lip. This application can be done in reverse, for high-shine on the outer lip only.
