A Compact Powerhouse for Muscle Relief
It took me a minute to get used to it, but the Therabody Theragun Mini is honestly one of the best things I’ve received so far. It’s been a game-changer for my sore muscles and tightness—whether it’s from tough workouts or sitting for long hours. I especially noticed how much it helped relieve the tightness in my thighs, since leg days can really take a toll. It’s compact, easy to use, and powerful for its size. Just make sure to use it correctly and avoid pressing too hard, because improper use can aggravate muscle tightness instead of relieving it. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Love this Theragun! I have the big one but this is hands down the best mini one I’ve tried. Love that I can take it anywhere. Charges really fast and has great pressure.

Amazing!
Working in the Vet field is definitely hard on the body. Having this as a travel buddy has been life changing. The three settings are great for different parts of the body, & the different attachments are great feeling & easy to switch out. It has a great battery life, & comes with a carry cases & usb-c cable for charging.

This thing is little, but it packs a LOT of punch! The mini is so easy to carry and it’s convenient for on the go! I have used it almost daily since I have received it! It’s my go to for easing tension and relieving pulled muscle pain after a long day or intense workout. My husband is a HUGE fan! It comes with a cute little ouch and different massage heads that pop on and off super easily! It also has multiple settings, shown in the video below! I have fallen in love and definitely recommend!!

Truly an incredible product!
I’ll admit that I used to be a skeptic about the Theragun - I owned a generic massage gun and I figured that a Theragun wouldn’t be much better than it was. After receiving this product and using it for a few weeks, it’s clear that I was completely incorrect in my assumptions. The Theragun Mini, despite being much smaller than my full size massage gun, is much more powerful and feels much better made. The product is thoughtfully designed and fits comfortably into my hand. It has 3 speeds and comes with 3 different attachments, which provides a pretty solid range of levels for massaging different areas of the body. It is incredibly powerful, and works incredibly well for aches and pains all over the body. The box comes with a few cards detailing different types of massages, which is a great addition for someone who is newer to using a massage device. I also really appreciate that there is an option to “lock” the device so that it doesn’t accidentally turn on if you’re traveling with it. Overall, every piece of this product feels like it was thoughtfully designed with the average user experience in mind. My only incredibly minor complaint is that the case for it does not have space to also hold the charger and attachments went they aren’t in use - since this is a mini size that is perfect for traveling I would have loved to be able to throw all of the pieces into a single bag, but the case is really only big enough for the device itself, and whatever attachment it currently has on. That being said, the case being a little bit small really isn’t a big deal, and it doesn’t impact my user experience in a major way at all. Overall, this is an incredible product and I am so excited to be able to use it now! I would definitely recommend this to anyone if it’s in your price range!

Small but mighty!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] A little back story,I have the full-sized Theragun and honestly, this Mini (3rd Gen) works just as well. I find myself now only using this one due to the functionality and size. The power is impressive for how small it is, and I love how easy it is to bring with me. I keep it in my gym bag and use it right after workouts. It’s super convenient and has become part of my post-gym routine. The size is perfect — it’s lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and still feels really solid. It’s not too loud even on the highest setting. A full charge last weeks and it took under an hour to charge to full battery. The attachments are great too and make it easy to target different muscle groups depending on what’s sore that day. For how compact it is, it really packs a punch. One of my favorite features is the Therabody app. It connects to the device through Bluetooth and actually creates personalized routines for you based on your workouts, goals, and any specific concerns you have. It even gives you step-by-step guidance on which attachment and speed to use. It’s nice not having to guess what to do — the app basically acts like your own recovery coach. Overall, I’m super happy with it. It’s powerful, easy to carry anywhere, and the app makes it feel way more personalized. If you’re looking for a smaller massage gun that still delivers like the full-size one, this is definitely the one to get.

Small but powerful
This massage gun is AMAZING. I have used others in the past that I thought were really good but they paled in comparison to this one. The battery life is really good too which is surprising because it is so powerful even despite its small size.

Works really well
This massage gun really works. It comes with different attachments to use for your preferred spots on the body, a charger, and portable case! This battery life lasts a while and is small and compact to carry anywhere. I used this on sore feet and it really helped loosen them up!
