Can’t buy replacement strap or plastic clips

My plastic clip broke and I was hope to buy a replacement part. They said they couldn’t do that and didn’t offer any kind of help to buy a new one.

Great but small

It has great power for short time in a small spot. Gives you good comfort if your pain is very localized in a small area. It wasn’t the case for us, it provided some relief but the cold time runs out quick so there is no time to move it to the whole affected area. Great for travel when you do not have access to ice pads.

Love My Cube!

This is a great addition to my Therabody products. I am recovering from foot surgery and need to “ice” several times a day for a whole year. This is a perfect product for when I don’t have ice nearby. Highly recommend.

Cool little cube

This lil cube is very handy. So far I’ve used it to cool down the muscles in my forearm (the strap is very convenient) and to also warm up the neck and trap muscles on one of my clients before their massage. I plan to use this both personally and professionally in my massage practice.

This device is such great

This device is such great quality. It cools down as cold as ice and warms up just fine. The battery life is awesome. The straps are really cool too.

Functionally perfect but maybe not for me

I think it does exactly what it says it does. And does it well. It gets crazy cold and crazy hot. It’s magic. It functions reasonably well and the battery life is good. Truthfully I did not notice an improvement with shoulder muscle pain like heating pads and ice usually do. Not good for lower back inflammation. It’s too small but also too thick. I bet it works for people with calf or thigh pain. Very easy to control the location. But I found it almost impossible to apply on my back
