be calm

Good stuff

This seemed to really help wind me down after a stressful situation and my anxiety was through the roof (like heartrate around 100 at the time). It seemed to calm my nerves and also to get to sleep.

Great for restful, recovery sleep

I use a fitbit to monitor my sleep and the nights I use this always show much more regulated, normal sleep patterns. I wake up feeling rested. It does not help me fall asleep though
