Not comfortable

I've had this style of Tempur-Pedic for years and decided to replace with this one, however it is not the same material as the old one I had. It is much firmer and uncomfortable in comparison. It feels cheaper than my old one. Also this is the only company that does not do exchanges or returns on pillows which I don't understand why they do for the mattress but not the pillows.

Not Happy return policy

Wanted to exchange with a larger size, as a small size was too low for me. When called, I was told no return, no Exchange.

So disappointed

Pillow is like a rock. I thought there were returns for store credit... nope. Not even the unopened item (I bought 2) will never buy from company again.

A good night's sleep

I no longer have to "fuss and fume" at bedtime to get my pillow in a comfortable position. I have arthritis in my neck, and this pillow remains in the same good position all the time.

Don't waste you money

Don't waste your money...they changed the softness and they are terrible. Like sleeping on a 2x4 board. No return policy and one the pillows I haven't even opened up the package.

This pillow is disappointing!

I have been using contour pillows for several years. I read about this one and it sounded like the perfect pillow for my neck and shoulder pain. I have slept on it for 10 nights and my neck and shoulder pain has gotten worse instead of better. I bought two of them and now I am not able to return them. Expensive lesson learned.

The pillow is very comfortable for me it is more on the firm side than the soft side. My wife feels it is a little too firm but the pillows have fixed our neck pain.
