Size is off, material heavier than expected

I am 5"4 and I usually wear a size medium. This was very large/oversized in the shoulders and also really long in the arms. While I could cuff the sleeve, it also was large in the back and definitely looked like I was wearing the wrong size - to the point that I thought maybe I was accidentally sent Large, but tag says medium. I'm trying to decide if I will order size small. It was heavier material than I was expecting, not that it's a bad thing. I think it could be nice and seemed like a quality material, if it was the right size.

Love it!

I love it! I bought the camel color. Looks very good dressed up or down. I have broad shoulders and a large chest and it fits well. Nice medium weight fabric, good quality.

Winkles way to much & easily. Looks good but needs to wear like a sweater not ‘like linen’.

Stylish with the fringe

Very nice smooth textured medium weight sweater. I normally wear size 8, small to medium and I got an extra small in this sweater, fits great. I'm 5'4 and the fringe hits about mid calf. The brown is just like the pic.

Packing for delivery

I have been a customer of Bloomingdales for a number of years and am what satisfied with the service. However, lately when i shop on line, it does not matter the price of the item, it is stuffed in one of the plastic loyalist bags and delivered to me which is then stuffed into a tiny mailbox. This is unsatisfactory considering the price of their goods. I order from other less expensive stores and the packing is impeccable.

Giant sized

The item is horrible over sized and came with snags in the material. Very dissapointed. Will be returning.
