Feminine all-season skirt

This skirt has all the details one wants in a skirt - a dropped waist with shirring in the back for a good fit, pockets in the perfect place, and a seasonless cotton fabric that looks luxurious!! I do agree with others - the skirt runs slightly small. I usually wear a size small (6-8) but sized up to a medium for a comfortable but still flattering fit.
