Can’t believe the bottle was opened and used!

I have been using Sulwhasoo’s concentrated ginseng cream for years and really like it. This is an ok product, a lighter version of the cream. I can’t believe the bottle was opened (without inner seal and inner lid) when received and half of the cream was missing! Really disgusting! Item returned! Maybe that is why it was extensively discounted.
