Damaged and worn!

I was so excited to get these on sale but they came damaged and worn. One of the shoes had scratches all over the leather and the box was completely smashed. The soles also had signs of wear and there was no dust bag. This is the second time I’ve received something damaged and worn from Bloomingdale’s within 6 months. I’m guessing the quality control is lacking with whoever is checking or shipping. I’m hesitant to order from Bloomingdale’s because clearly they don’t care about making sure their customers get new and unused items.
