Cute but could use some improvement

These hoop earrings look cute from afar, but you can see the hinges within a few feet. The latches also need better quality control. In the pair that I received, the latches were difficult to remove from the pins. And once open, one latch was difficult to move while the other was very loose. I also hope Bloomingdales can redesign the latches to be a bit longer (even 1mm would help!) for those of us with thicker earlobes because they were a bit tight.
