Shipping is awful!

Cute shoe! Love the collab with adidas and Stella! Unfortunately I ordered this shoe 3 times. Twice on-line and once with customer service. Each time I received the incorrect size. Not sure who they have packing the orders but something really needs to be reevaluated to be sure people are capable of understanding shoe sizes!
