Horrible
The product is too soft. I bought a firm. It's certainly not for me. Also tried to change the order they said it was canceled then they delivered it. It's probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Happy Sleeper
We are enjoying the best sleep in a very long time. I have been getting a solid 8 hours of sleep per night. More importantly, I am free from morning back pain and stiffness. I would definitely buy this mattress again.

Too Firm
I'm only unhappy with the too firm element of this Duet Reserve. The quality of the materials is excellent. I just feel there is too much pressure especially on my shoulders.

Yes! This is a winner.
I have tried all sorts of mattresses, even at a young age and I travel tons. I have back, hip and even shoulder pains so a poor mattress is noticeable to me. This is my first Stearns and Foster mattress; the Queen Reserve Duet, Medium. I only wish I would have gotten one years ago. I have never slept without pain and discomfort until I got this. Within 2 nights my sleep was so much better, no hot spots or pain. I am more than happy and grateful to finally be able to sleep in comfort. In addition the diet having a cold side for warmer temps and a warm side for colder temps, I couldn't ask for more luxury. It really does make a difference. Highly recommend to anyone I can. But a small warning; I have owned a King Size Tempur-Pedic before and that seemed lighter than this Queen Reserve Duet Medium. I don't know the weight specifications of each, the model of king size mattress type it was, or the fact that I am now older and that's why it's heavier. Either way, something to add. However, the Reserve Duet is the Luxe of Luxurious. Wow. It's definitely worth the splurge, and to add an Ease Power Base, I will next go back.

Truly amazing
I am in love with my new mattress. This mattress is in a class if it's own. The craftsmanship and materials is perfect, when you lie down on it, it is supported but has the perfect give to me you feel so comfortable, I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I now sleep so refreshed.

Quality product Takes Forever
The mattress is firm and comfortable. The pillow top detracts from the firmness so we removed it. I don't have back pain anymore as I did with my old/cheap mattress. However it took literally months to receive it. I ordered in July and got it in September!!!!

Very comfortable mattress
My husband and I have been very comfortable in this mattress. The only downside is that it's pretty thick, 17", so we have to buy new sheets and have found limited options available. We also will likely need to get a new thinner box spring or a platform style bed frame that doesn't require a box spring at all. As-is, the bed is very high, making it difficult to get in and out of. The mattress is a mix of dark blue, light blue, pink and white. Our previous mattress was a solid creamy white. The brighter colors show through our white sheets, so that's a bit annoying. I wish the mattress was at least a solid color so it wasn't obvious through the sheets.
