It stopped working after the 3rd use

I do not recommend purchasing this item through Bloomingdales as they will not offer an exchange for the product malfunctioning / stopped working. If you do decide to purchase this item, I would go directly to the manufacturer (Steamery) as they may have a warranty plan that you can purchase for covered protection. I definitely will not be shopping with Bloomingdales again as they did not even offer to allow me to exchange the item and I am now out $50.
