What Took Me So Long

I am so happy with this purchase. The first sight of this dutch oven is breath taking. I have the deep blue and it is gorgeous. After reading the booklet that comes with it, I tried fried rice. It came out better than a wok and while it is not advertised as non-stick, it is non-stick big time. I was always hesitant to buy Staub because of the cost. However, I think these are worth every penny.

husband loves it! it's great quality. may be difficult for some to clean due to size and weight. not for the faint armed.

Beautiful workhorse

First Staub product, very happy - the 7qt is large and a little weight, but no more so than the slightly smaller Lodge this replaced. The graphite is gorgeous. I bought this specifically because I wanted a large dutch oven for making chili, and the first outing did not disappoint - chili came out perfect. I'm looking forward to roasting, bread-making, and all of the tasty, tasty stews that will come out of this. Love it.

Gift for my Daughter.

This was a gift but my Daughter loved it! it can go in the dishwasher, which is a must for her and only this and one more expensive brand could do that.

Our favorite Pot!

We researched other brands and loved the color, style and finish on this one. We've been using it for a couple weeks and it is our go-to pot for 3+ meals a week! LOVE IT!

Addicting!

This is the 4th cocotte that I brought and the largest one I have. I used it for everything and especially to make soup. I love it and I can't wait to build up my collection even more.
