Too much work

Even though I was following the insturctions to the letter, all the food I cooked stuck to the pan. It's also extremely hard to wash it without scrubing. After 2 weeks I gave up on trying to make it work.

Great size/weight ratio

Great size/weight ratio. 11" skillet is a good working size in that there is enough cooking surface, but it not too heavy.
