A bit harder to clean than expected

Beautiful peace, but it was a little harder to clean after making latkes at Hanukkah. I expected it to be less effort, but all in all it fried up nice latkes.

Favorite Pan!

This is absolutely my favorite pan! It works for almost everything and it also happens to beautiful, so I just keep it on my stovetop. I also often use it in the oven as it can withstand the heat.

Love the braiser!

I haven't had it long, and I'm already in love with it. It's my first Staub piece of enameled cast iron cookware, and I will definitely be getting more. I researched enameled cast iron before buying, and I have been preheating with a little bit of oil before cooking. I have had no issues and clean up so far has been a breeze. Absolutely worth splurging on.
