Do not buy.

Worst purchase in 2024. The crêpes burn sticking to the pan. Even with butter in my dough. I m French and have been cooking crêpes for over 40 years and Even the worst non sticking pan is better than this one that cost a kidney. DO NOT BUY.

This pan does not work.

Impossible to use. I was not able to make one crepe. It sticks to the pan no matter how much fat I apply and it is impossible to turn. I have to return it. I am actually very surprised because I own other Zwilling cookware and they are amazing.

Excellent Crepes!

Returned from Paris and wanted to make crepes the proper way. My Crepes Suzette have been nothing but spectacular while using this pan. If you want to make crepes or pancakes and have them consistently turn out wonderful, use this pan. You will not be disappointed!!!
