A Happy Granddaughter makes a Happier Grandmother
I am very pleased with my purchase. My granddaughter wanted this bookbag so badly. As grandmother, I had to make it happen. I searched everywhere online and in person for this bookbag. Because it seemed impossible to find, I never told her I was going to get it for her. It was sold out, forever, everywhere. I googled the bookbag and it came up available at Bloomingdale. There is not a Bloomingdales where I live so I ordered it off their website. I was hopeful. However, I kept searching for it, hoping to find it so she would have it on the first day of school. I then received an email saying the bookbag was on backorder. With all of the other sites I visited saying the bookbag was out of stock forever, I assumed I wouldn't be receiving it from Bloomingdales either. A couple weeks later, I received an email saying my bookbag was on the way. The picture of the bookbag on the email was not the bookbag I ordered. I was a little sad but was going to see if my granddaughter would like it anyway, since just about every bookbag they sold was sold out, forever. I received the bookbag, and it was the exact one she wanted. I was so happy, thankful, and grateful. When she went to sleep, I put it, so she'd find it when she got ready for school the next morning. The smile on her face, the happy tears that rolled down her eyes was one of the best things ever for me. Certainly, for her. Thank you, Bloomingdales, for making what I though was an impossible find, possible. You helped me to put an everlasting smile on my granddaughter's face and for that I am thankful!

This bookbag is nice but the price could be more affordable. For $75 I think it could be a little bigger and somewhat better quality. We also waited 2 days shy of a month for it because the delivery date kept being pushed back.
