Amazing Sound AND Features
I received Sony - WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones as a gift from my father-in-law. I'd been researching brands and models for months and finally asked for advice from someone more knowledgeable than me. My father-in-law decided he'd just buy me the same ones he bought for himself. The sound quality is phenomenal and the features included are fantastic. Super comfortable, durable and decent color selection. I love them!

Amazing
After hours of research, I decided on the Sony WH-1000XM4. I was traveling and I needed something noise canceling. Everything is top notch for me with this headset. The fit is great. The sound is amazing. Truly noise canceling. I have recently started listening to audio books before drifting off to sleep. Even laying on a pillow the comfort is better than I could have asked for.

Great for office, not for road trips or flights.
Fantastic sound quality. Noice cancelling does not work well outdoors or on a bus. They make a loud popping noise. I thought I had upgraded from 700 series, but that’s simple not the case. Same issue with flying.

Buy at own risk
These are 200 pounds and the battery broke within 2 months. Won’t charge anymore. Try to go to Sony support and it sends me to an AI chatbot - no other options. If you buy these they will break.

Good sound cancellation
Bought the headphones for the gym and they are Great headphones had them for about 6 months then they stopped charging and they’ll charge for 6+ hours and still not be charged. Tried different cables and outlets but they never charge. Really annoying

Great purchase
I purchased these headphones for traveling and they are great. Noise canceling feature and sound quality is 10/10 and they are very comfortable to wear for a long time.
