On average, customers rate the Feel of this item as Soft.

Disappointed

After 3 weeks the mattress is noticeably sagging. An inspection was made. Noticed he marked that there was a stain, which there wasn't. And he corrected that mistake. He asked me how many times did I flip the mattress and I reminded him that it was only month since new. Don't know what measurements were reported as I have no knowledge in that subject. I've had Shifman mattress through the years with no issues, until now. Assuming it will be replaced (no other option), I will try to exchange for firmer mattress.The Classic Grace is the same price.
