Fantastic embellished dress

Love love the dress unfortunately although the dress fits me all over perfectly, the short sleeves are too tight and cannot be loosed because of the beautiful rhinestones

I love this dress. The fit across the shoulders was so unusual and I could not move my arms without the entire dress lifting up on me. I had to return it
